This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service on our website.

Non-compliance may result in a warning, account suspension, termination, or other actions. We have sole discretion to determine violations.

1. Using the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to discover the Platform's source code.
  • Sell, sublicense, distribute, or share Platform access.
  • Remove proprietary notices.
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works.
  • Conduct security tests or circumvent access controls.
  • Access data without authorization.
  • Develop competing services.
  • Violate laws or engage in immoral activities (e.g., harassment or election interference).
  • Gain unauthorized access to others' networks.
  • Train third-party models with Platform outputs.
  • Use the Platform for AI model training or improvement.
  • Upload content you lack rights to, including personal data.

2. Prohibitions

We prohibit the use of our Services, and the creation or transmission of content (including your Output), for:

Deceptive, inaccurate, or misleading content or activity, including using our Services to:

  • Impersonate another person (including celebrities) or business. You may only submit your own voice and audio recordings or those of others with explicit consent, and you are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and consents for the Input you provide.
  • Participate in disinformation campaigns or inauthentic behavior.
  • Create content that you know is or is likely to be inaccurate or misleading.
  • Promote, endorse, encourage, or facilitate the spread of false information.

Illegal, abusive, or fraudulent content or activity, including using our Services to:

  • Violate any individual's rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or publicity rights.
  • Defame any individual or business.
  • Promote unlawful activities, including crimes or activities that are illegal in nature.
  • Interfere with or negatively impact the Services.
  • Provide legal, medical, or financial advice without the necessary qualifications.

Minor exploitation, abuse, or harm, including content or activity that seeks to exploit, abuse, or harm minors, or promote or threaten the sexualization of minors. You may not create Output that relates to, or appears to represent, individuals under 18.

Political campaigning, lobbying, or disinformation purposes, including:

  • Legitimate political advertising, campaigning, lobbying, fundraising, and soliciting donations.
  • Content designed to mislead voters, discourage voting, impersonate political candidates or government officials, or participate in disinformation campaigns related to elections.

Psychologically or emotionally harmful content, including content that shames, humiliates, bullies, or harasses individuals.

Violent, hateful, or threatening content or activity, including using our Services to:

  • Threaten or promote violence or terrorism.
  • Describe or encourage violent acts against people, animals, or property.
  • Promote hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, age, nationality, or sexual orientation.
  • Threaten or undermine democratic processes or institutions.

Other Content: Any other content that, in our sole discretion, contradicts our values or is objectionable.

3. Enforcement

We may suspend or remove your account if:

  • Technical issues require it.
  • Laws change.
  • You breach this Policy or Terms.
  • Your account is inactive for 90 days.
  • Payment is overdue.
  • Continued use violates laws or third-party rights.
  • You request account closure.
  • Use exceeds agreed limits or harms the Platform.

4. Updates to this Policy

We may revise this Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use indicates acceptance.
